What a great start to Sunday by taking part in the Trafford 10k.
A little chilly early on, but soon warmed up to perfect running conditions.
I was aiming for around 1:05 and finished in 1:03:58 – almost 5 mins faster than running this same race back in September, so rather pleased with that!
Massive thanks for everyone at Run Northwest – superbly organised event as always, huge thank you to all the marshals and volunteers (including wifey!) and thank you to all the locals who came out to cheer us on.
Great to see and chat to many familiar faces there again today.
